Modifying account information

Changing contact information

After logging in to your account, click the "My Account" tab at the upper-right corner of the database-search page. Under the "Profile" tab on the "My Account" page, click the "Edit" button to to display the fields where you can change, update or add to your personal/contact information.

Changing your password

Here's how to change your current password:

Once you've logged in to the Onvia platform, click the "My Account" tab in the upper-right corner of the search front page and then click the "Subscription" tab. There you'll find a "Change Your Password" button that, when clicked, will launch a window in which you can create a new password.
