Emails from Guide or Database Not Received

If you clicked the "Send This" link on a project from the Guide or Database and the colleague to whom you forwarded the project never received it via email, ask the colleague to check the Junk Mail folder in his or her email account. The security settings used by your colleague's email provider may have diverted the project email message to the Junk folder by mistake.

Did not receive email from the Guide

If you did not receive your daily Guide, you can log in to your account and view the latest project information there. Also, be sure to contact your account manager toll-free at (800) 575-1736 so that he or she can investigate whether there were any issues that prevented the delivery of your Guide.
