Forgot password

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link below the username and password fields on the Onvia Login page (http://platform.onvia.com). You'll be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. After you click "Submit," a temporary password will be sent to you via email. Use this password to log in to your account, after which you'll be prompted to create and confirm a new password.

Unable to log in

If you're unable to log in because you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link below the username and password fields on the Onvia Login page (http://platform.onvia.com) and follow the steps to have your password reset. Your login problem could also be caused by one of the following reasons:

  • You are using the wrong email address for your username.
  • Your Onvia account administrator has assigned your user license to someone else at your company.

Unable to get a temporary login

If you're trying to get a temporary password emailed to you using the "Forgot your password?" link but the system isn't recognizing your username/email address, here are two possible reasons:

  • You're entering a different email address than the one that was used to create your Onvia account.
  • You don't have a user license in the system. Check with the primary user on your company's Onvia subscription to confirm whether you are on the user license list.
